Currently a Senior Chief in the Navy stationed in Kaneohe Bay, HI preparing for retirement after this tour. Started Phillips Photography in 2002 and have enjoyed the success of photographing people for more than 9 years. Graduated from Findlay High School in 1989, joined the Navy immediately thereafter where I've served for more than 22 years. Married to Janelle Phillips with 2 kids, Angela & Kekoa.
