bid submission.
• Achieving planned target by effective utilization of human resources enhancing productivity.
• Improving the material flow, maintain the material inventory each station, reduced the cycle time, improve
the working method.
• To prepare Cost Planning, Revenue Planning, job planning report and review of contract documents.
• Preparation of RFQ, Comparative analysis of offer from various vendors, Negotiation with vendors &
Finalization of order to the vendor.
• Preparing Risk Analysis Report for Projects.
• To prepare Cost estimates of the project on a monthly basis. (Forecasting Billings & Expenditures).
• Vendor management.
• Responsibility includes conceptualizing and executing large state-of-the-art projects, engineering co-
ordination, procurement for the project, client/ consultant co-ordination till the project handover and
contract closure including claim management & risk evaluation.
• Preparing complete capital cost estimates autonomously for projects, coordinating information between
the Engineering, Purchasing and Construction groups and help determine the project Execution plan.
• Making Project specification chart as per client specification.
• Making cost summary, Bill of quantity & offer letter as per client order.

2. • Preparation of method statement.
• Preparation of bill of material and handing over to execution team for proper delivery of material.
• Taking quotation from the vendors & comparison.
• Floating enquires as per the project requirement to different vendors / subcontractors.
• Making proper technical and commercial submittal for the complete project as per the client & Project
requirement.
• Preparing Techo-commercial comparison and cost claim
• Preparing Project schedules ( Manpower Mobilization , Equipment Mobilization , Manpower Histogram)
• Preparing Daily progress report and weekly progress report.
• Coordination with procurement department for timely delivery of material on site as per the release
schedule from client.
• Maintaining Daily Foreman report.
• Monitoring of production and execution of project by ensuring quality, legal aspects, cost effectiveness
and timely completion of projects.

• Graduate Degree (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering in First Class (College Topper) from Manohar
Bhai Patel Institute of Engineering and Technology. Nagpur University in year 2008.
