• Informal coordination platforms such as the TAFS forum
are essential for achieving ‚One Health‘

16. Gains by One Health Approach
Food safety is a useful motivation and framework to
strive for environmental, animal and human
health, i.e. One Health.
In turn, the One Health approach makes our striving
for food safety more efficient and effective.
