The Information Center for Local Authorities in Moldova (ICLA) was established in December 2012 through a Memorandum of Understanding between Moldova and Poland. The ICLA aims to provide Moldovan local authorities and NGOs with information and know-how to implement projects, identify funding sources, and find foreign partners. In 2012, the ICLA's start-up costs were covered by Polish Aid and it was housed free of charge by the RDA Center. Going forward, the ICLA seeks to increase the quality and success of projects in Moldova by offering information on its website, trainings, and individual consultations.

MISSION
To provide the local public authorities and NGOs from
Moldova with all information necessary (know-how) to
