Fuel Your Training is a great community gym. The gym is spacious with modern
equipment, nice TVs and good workout music. There is enough quantity and variety
that there are never lines to use the machines. The staff are very friendly and have
fostered a real community feel amongst the members. There are a lot of regulars,
some who have been going for 10 years or more, which is an endorsement of the
trainers and facility itself. I workout with Johnny Barhoumeh, who is a great personal
trainer. I would recommend him to people at any fitness level.

I had a roll over car accident resulting in injury to my neck, back, shoulder and chronic
numbness in my arm and hand for two years after the accident. Since I had those
injuries I had not worked out when I started with Johnny. I had gone through physical
therapy but I really noticed a difference after working with Johnny. I do not have neck,
back, shoulder or numbness in my hand. Johnny helped build my strength and
increase my mobility. I also enjoy going to the facility when I am not working with
Johnny because of the condition of the machines and friendly community.
