Before the trial inquiry started in Kaunas police commissariat of Santaka, of Kaunas
district on the 30th of November 2008 in criminal case No 23-1-00834-08 on the indications of
crime, according to The Criminal Code 153 article against the infant D. Kedyt4s depravement
T-1, b.l.1
Before the trial inquiry took place in prosecuting department of Vilnius district.
In This criminal case No 23-1-00834-08
ANDRIUS ŪSAS, p.c. 37407150072, born on the 15 of
July, 1974, birth place – Kaunas, LR person, married, the head of “Eurotechnika” UAB, the head of
“Euroclean Service” UAB; education – secondary, living in Kaunas district, Noreikiškės,
Vaivorykštės street No 6.
is accused of licking various parts of the body, sexual organs, and asking to lick
his own body the infant D. Kedytė, in the flat which was rented by Laimutė
Stankūnaitė in Kaunas M.Gimbutienės street No 8-1 from November of 2006 till
23rd of November 2008 during the process of inquirement.
Having depraved the infant D.Kedytė in this way he is suspected of the crime,
according to Lithuanian’s Criminal Code 153 article.
Neither extenuating nor aggravating circumstances have been found for the suspect
Andrius Ūsas.
Having announced about the suspicion to Andrius Ūsas, for the crime according to
The Criminal Code 153 article, the suspect denied his quilt.
