5. The position
Based in London or
Norwich. Working in our
studio of over 40 people
including researchers,
visual/interaction designers,
creative technologists and
developers.
You’ll be working on diverse
design briefs with a range of
clients, but initially will be
focused on large, complex
design transformation
programmes.
An experienced designer,
you’ll be confident setting
and hitting budgets whilst
working to the expected
level of quality.
You’ll have a commercial
awareness that naturally
leads you towards lean,
creative ways of
understanding and solving
design problems.
You lead by example by
sharing your experiences
and teaching others,
providing critique and
direction to your peers
and project team
members.
The person
You’ll be able to show how
you have planned and
executed live client briefs in
previous roles from initial
thinking through to directing
build teams.
You can demonstrate how
you represented the voice
of the customer in the
design process having taken
customer insight gathered
through primary research to
inform your thinking.
