The kick-off meeting for the 'IGMA II' project was held on February 13-14, 2014 in Larissa, Greece. Representatives from Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, Greece, and Sweden attended to establish a work plan, divide responsibilities, and discuss project objectives, activities, work packages, and deliverables. The meeting was deemed successful, with the partnership initiating research to develop a professional standard for those working with immigrant integration.

‘IGMA II’ KICK-OFF MEETING WAS HELD ON THE 13TH – 14THOF FEBRUARY 2014 IN LARISSA, GREECE
‘IGMA II’ kick-off meeting was held on the 13th – 14th February 2014 in Larissa, Greece. The goal of
the meeting was to set up a working plan of the project and divide responsibilities among partners.
The partners from Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, Greece and
Sweden attended the meeting. The first day was dedicated to
presentation of IGMA II project concept, objectives and expected
results, as well as elaborating its overall activity plan, discussing
workpackages and deliverables, dividing responsibilities among
partners. The topics of the second day were financial issues,
communication and reporting, dissemination and exploitation in
the project, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation.
The honored external guests of the meeting were rector of Folkuniversitetet of Uppsala, Gunnar
Danielsson, Development manager for Skills, Labour Market and Refugee Reception Sector,Birgitta
Hart Carpenter, and Head of the Unit for Labour and rights issues at the County Administrative Board
of Stockholm, Christian Foster.

International Cooperation of Folkuniversitetet.
"EU Integration Agent" – Innovative Guidance Methodology for Integration of Low-skilled Immigrants
into Adult Education (IGMA II) is a Grundtvig Multilateral Project, launched on the 1st of January
2014. The aim of the project is to develop professional standard for people working with integration
of low-skilled in different organizations, such as PES, municipality, NGOs, education etc.
