will release payouts according to your tax status

Creating a Flexyforce account is Free :)
GETTING PAID:
7days after your gig has finished, or on or
before the 26th of the month for all
monthly bookings.
WHEN TO INVOICE:
You will invoice Flexyforce the moment
your gig is done, but please note that your
payout is automated and scheduled
according to your booking. Invoices are
only there for accounting reconciliation
purposes :) and not invoicing on time, will
not influence your payout.

STEP 1: CLICK HERE TO SET YOUR TAX STATUS
1. You can work as an individual [ we deduct 25 % and do a
payslip for you, no invoice required ]
2. You can be a provisional tax payer [ we will require a tax
directive or proof that you are paying your taxes, invoice
will be required ]
3. You can get paid to a Company ; cc or pty ltd with or
without Vat. Company registration documents will be
required as well as Tax / Vat invoices
We will require proof like a tax directive or tax clearance
certificate to ensure you are playing nicely with SARS :)

8. Per units (hours, days, weeks or months )
A booking for a number of hours, days, weeks or months
depending on your client's need. Your client will set the duration
within when he/she would like to use the time bought from you. It
is your responsibility to track the time you have sold to your client
to ensure you deliver.
Monthly - Retainer
A set number of hours, or days or weeks per month.
You can either have a fixed term duration, or ongoing with an
appropriate notice period for cancelation. This is similar to having
a “ retainer client “ and invoicing will happen
monthly, with monthly payouts to you.
Fit to budget
Here your client sets a budget up front and pay per pre-
determined outputs and detailed deliverables. Both you and your

HOW DO I GET CONTRACTED?
9. Intellectual property
All Intellectual Property created by you under a contract with a client
belongs to a client.
Tax Implications
You are fully responsible for your own taxation, Flexyforce will withhold
25% tax in the absence of evidence to provide that you are a provisional
tax payer or by means of a tax clearance certificate or directive.
Terms of engagement
You set your rate at which you want to work with your client. You don’t
have to work exclusively with or through Flexyforce. You will not be
entitled to any paid leave, paid sick leave, medical aid etc. Also, you have
to provide your own tools (like laptops, phones and software)
Payment terms
Standard payout terms are within 7 days after confirmation or
conclusion of a booking, or on or before the 26th for monthly bookings.
Unless special terms have been specified by your client
