membership with the Metro Texas Association of Realtors in Dallas, Texas.

ABOUT US
Experienced, Professional, and Tenacious are words often used to describe
Charles Marina, he received his Real Estate license over 30 years ago, and
has been a consistent leader in the commercial real estate market with an
impressive and proven record of accomplishments. Charles holds the
prestigious “Certified Commercial Investment Member” (CCIM)
designation, the “Accredited Commercial Manager” (ACoM) designation, the “Certified
Real Estate Brokerage Manager” (CRB) designation and, the “Graduate Realtors Institute”
(GRI) designation. Charles is a certified training mentor. Earlier in his career, Charles was
recognized at a McAllen Association of Realtors annual banquet for being the “Top
Commercial Leader” with sales and leasing in excess of $15,000,000 for three consecutive
years.
With over 30 years of experience exclusively devoted to Commercial and
Investment Real Estate, Mr. Marina is uniquely qualified to service the needs of any
individual or major corporation. He has represented the RTC, FDIC, Circle K Corporation,
Tandy Corporation, Century Cellunet, Nextel, Denny’s, Fuddruckers, as well as several Banks
and Savings & Loans departments with their ORE properties.
At the local level, Charles served as the 1994 President for the Greater
McAllen Association of Realtors and chaired numerous committees including the Ethics and
Professional Standards committee. He has also served as the Legislative Chairman,
Treasurer, Grievance committee Chairman, Vice President along with other capacities of the
Greater McAllen Association of Realtors. Charles was named the 1999 “Realtor of the Year”
for the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors. At the state level, he has served as Region
11 TREPAC Trustee, Chairman of the TAR Commercial Real Estate Alliance (RCA), TAR
Director, and on the following committees; Legal Review, Political Affairs, Governmental
Affairs, Legislative and served on several TAR Task Force assignments. At the National level
Charles served as a Federal District Coordinator (FPC) to former U.S. Congressman, Kika de
la Garza, and currently serves as the FPC for U. S. Congressman Ruben Hinojosa. Charles
served as Director for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) .
Community Service: Charles served as a Director on the Texas State Bank &
BBVA Compass Bank Advisory Boards, serves on the 2012-2016 McAllen Chamber of
Commerce Board of Directors, and as Past President for McAllen South Rotary. Charles
held the positions of Secretary, Treasurer, and President Elect prior to becoming the 2012-
2013 McAllen South Rotary Club President. In addition , Charles serves on several other
committees throughout his community.

ABOUT US
Debra has over 25 years of experience in selling real estate in McAllen
and the Rio Grande Valley specializing in residential properties. Her
expertise has been in working with the employees of major
companies including General Motors, Norton, GE, Johnson Control,
TRW, and Genicom as well as others in the relocation of their families.
She understands the special needs of a relocating family and takes great care to ensure a
smooth transition. A large percentage of her business is from referrals from satisfied
customers who recommend her to others relocating with their company.
Mrs. Marina has been active in the real estate community. She has been an active
member in the Women's Council of Realtors holding various offices including President,
Vice President, Treasurer and serving on the Board of Directors. She was the 1994
Greater McAllen Association of Realtors Legislative Chairperson. In 1997, Debra was
named “Realtor of the Year” by the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors.
Debra has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the
Residential Sales Council of the Realtors National Marketing Insti-tute, an affiliate of the
National Association of Realtors. She completed the required courses offered by the
Residential Sales Council and demonstrated specific expertise in applied residential real
estate marketing. Less than three percent of all Realtors hold this designation.
Mrs. Marina has also received the GRI designation and specialized training in relocation
services. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas
Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors (GMAR).
Debra's expert knowledge of the real estate market and creative aggressive advertising
techniques signifies she can offer the constant communication and results needed when
