3. Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security
Interest Act, 2002:
 Assisting Authorized Officials of the Bank in performing duties stipulated while
enforcing rights under the SARFAESI Act, 2002;
 Assisting Bank Officials who are appointed by Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) as
DRT Receiver by the Order of DRT in completing all formalities as per DRT
Rules;
 Assisting Bank in executions of Recovery Certificates with all necessary
documents;
 Investigation of assets of the defaulting Borrowers;
 Maintaining the list of the secured assets of the defaulting Borrowers.
 Finding buyers for the properties which are already taken in possession by the
Bank; and
 Obtaining DMM / CMM Orders.

Mr. A. W. Ansari (Senior Partner) retired from Indian Company Law Services from the
position in senior rank as Joint Director (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) having more than
36 years of experience in the Administration of Companies Act and other connected Laws.

as Official Liquidator’s position in the Department.
