EUROPA WITH EUROPEANS :
SHARIBILITY
Every European country is part of this fourth empire ; at
100 % not only less : EUROPA. To integrate our future
world, the key is an interdependent relationship and fair
adjustements between all of them. The main mistake
will lie in a single powerful country with its money
currency reference : the Mark. The success is to correct
EURO not on the pibic and growth of each country but a
just sharibility of economical perfomances to be reinvest
for the well being of each European people and other
citizens of the world. Already since 1952, a false
compromise had been found for the institutions divided
in four towns : STRASBOURG, BRUXELLES,
FRANCFORT and LUXEMBOURG. To respect all
countries requests and erase definitevely old
antagonisms, it’s time to integrate SWITZERLAND and
choose this neutral place for all european institutions.

I- The European Government
According the logical and useful admissions of SWITZERLAND, TURKEY, RUSSIA,
GEORGIA, ARMENIA and AZERBAIDJAN, a vision of De GAULLE is going to be

the way one country. The EUROPEAN GOVERNMENT establish the citizennal
projects and the European missions which will be applied by the EUROPEAN
ASSEMBLIES. For a quick but responsible sum-up, a 100 % consumerist and social
coverage for European people and a 100 % secure protection territory and bonus
economical scheme for EUROPA. On the basis of SHARIBILITY EUROPEAN
BUDGET 2019, each governor receives a treatment of 15 555 € per month with no
taxes.
II- The European Commission
This organism has shown its normal run and a reference
institution. To keep on an European democratic system, the
legislative action will be removed and added the EUROPEAN
PARLIAMENT. To reflect a citizennal equity, the figure retained is
3 004 members elected for 4 years on twice tours at the same time
as the EUROPEAN GOVERNMENT. . On the basis of
SHARIBILITY EUROPEAN BUDGET 2019, each governor
receives a treatment of 15 555 € per month with no taxes.

III- The European Parliament
The main statement is to cancel the legislative function from the EUROPEAN UNION
COUNCIL to join at the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT. The figure retained is 3 004
members elected for 4 years which gives 1 parlementary for 277 962 European peopke on
twice tours at the same time as the EUROPEAN GOVERNMENT. On the basis of
SHARIBILITY EUROPEAN BUDGET 2019, each member receive a treatment of 15 555 €
per month with no taxes.

IV – The European Law Institution
One of the stability democratic pillar to maintain the European Institutions in a balance
power. All the 70 lawers will be elected for 4 years on twice tours at the same time as the
EUROPEANS GOVERNMENT, COMMISSION and PRLIAMENT members. On the basis
of SHARIBILITY EUROPEAN BUDGET 2019, each member receive a treatment of 15 555
€ per month with no taxes.

V- The European Assemblies
The 245 members of this new entity will be dispatched in 7 Assemblies at the total of 35 in
each ones to prevent and solve all concerns for European citizens. All the assemblers will
be elected for 4 years on twice tours at the same time as the EUROPEANS
GOVERNMENT, COMMISSION and PRLIAMENT members. On the basis of
SHARIBILITY EUROPEAN BUDGET 2019, each member receive a treatment of 15 555 €
per month with no taxes
A- Defense & Security
The terrorism risk is still active in several countries and the influence of USA and CHINA is
strong. The goal is to meet together NATO nations and European countries in a same entity :
THE EUROPEAN DEFENSE SECURITY PANEL (TEDSP). With a forecast budget 2019 of
20 874 423 163 988 €, the balance is found between earnings and expenses for outside and
inside protections..

B- Economy
A new EURO will replace the current cuurency : SHARE PARITY EURO (SPE) for a same
level between European countries. With the new European budget approach, the
convergence criteria could be respected by each country with the government solidarity and
the credit approval authorization. The EUROPEAN CENTRAL BANK must become a new
reference place in the world exchange currency market.

C- Social
The EUROPEAN EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY (EES) born from the different agreements
(ROME, MAASTRICHT, AMSTERDAM) does not give good results with a false
