Objective: To help poor parents financially in getting their daughters married and to
promote the educational status of poor girls.
Eligibility: Women over the age of 18.
Beneficiaries: Whom are completed the education of 10th are received An Assistance of Rs
25,000 and 8grams of gold for making Thirumangalayam and whom are completed
degree could receive Rs50,000 and 8grams of gold for making Thirumangalayam.
2. Dr. Dharmambal Ammaiyar Ninaivu Widow Remarriage Assistance Scheme:
Objective: To Encourage widow remarriage and rehabilitate widow.
Eligibility: 20-40years for the Bride & groom.
Beneficiaries: Scheme 1- No Education qualification Needed (25,000 Cash + 8gram Gold
for making Thirumangalayam.
Scheme 2- Degree Holders could get 50,000 cash + 8gram Gold for making

poor Windows:
Objective: To help the poor widow mothers who face financial hardships in

Age Limit: 18 , No Upper age limit.
4. Annai Teresa Ninaivu marriage assistance Scheme for orphan Girls:
Objective: To help the orphan girls financially for their marriage.
Eligibility: Annual income of the family not exceeded 72,000. Bride Should have
completed the age of 18 at the time of marriage, there is no upper age limit.
Beneficiaries: Scheme 1- Education Qualification not required (which Includes
25,000rs & 8grams of gold for making Thirumangalayam).
Scheme 2- Graduate could get 50,000rs & & 8grams of gold for making
Thirumangalayam.
4. 5. Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Ninaivu Inter-caste Marriage Assistance Scheme:
Objective: To abolish caste and community discrimination by encouraging inter-caste
marriages.
Eligibility: No Income Limit. Bride should have completed 18 years of age at the time of
marriage, there is no upper age limit.
6. Sathiyavanimuthu Ammaiyar Ninaivu Free Supply of Sewing Machine Scheme:
Objective: A view to increase the Self- Employment potential for rehabilitation of destitute
women/widows, deserted women, differently abled men and women, and women from
economically weaker sections.

Objective: To provide institutional care for whom are economically and socially backward
by giving them protection, education and vocational training.
