This document outlines the history and evolution of a multimedia company from 2001-2011, starting as an e-learning specialist and growing to intersect online learning, social media, and content marketing. In 2001 it launched its first project for Cisco, and in 2004 and 2011 it launched the tag cloud website wordle.net. By 2011 it had introduced Explania.com to share, embed and distribute content, and was exploring how social media was disrupting learning through its Conversity Model where everyone can be both a teacher and student.
