ايفا مؤسسة تعني بتقديم التصميم المناسب. وتفخر بكوادرها الفنية
التي استطاعت كسب ثقة جميع عملائنا لما تمتلكه من رؤية شاملة
وعميقة يساندها افكار حديثة ومقترحات بناءة وحلول عملية تهدف
في نهاية المطاف الى إنتاج مشروع متكامل ومتميز يحقق للعميل
جميع متطلباته ويمنحه الخصوصية المطلوبة من جهة، وينسجم مع
متطلبات البناء المعمول بها في الدولة في تنفيذ المشاريع الصديقة
للبيئة والتي تعنى بتوفير الطاقة والتكلفة على حد سواء.
ويتميز عمل فريق إيفا بأنه يوظف التصاميم العصرية الصديقة للبيئة
والمتوافقة مع المتطلبات الحديثة المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات من
قبل جهات الترخيص والتي تضمن عدم حدوث أي هدر في مجالات
الطاقة ، التكلفة. وحين نتكلم عن كون تصاميمنا صديقة للبيئة
فإننا نعني ذلك بشكل واضح ومباشر كون شريكنا المؤسس هو في
واقع الحال يتمتع بعضوية الجمعية الأمريكية لمهندسي الطاقة
وهي إحدى المؤسسات الرائدة في وضع مقاييس إستهلاك الطاقة
ومعدلات انبعاثها.

Eva Founders
A prominent Architect in the United Arab Emirates, who
managed to combine her creative and artistic input with
her extensive education and experience into the design and
making of 5-star hotels, commercial and residential buildings,
and many luxury villas.
She completed her education at the American University of
Sharjah and worked with multinational companies for several
years. She is a highly-qualified architect with training in
client-relationship, management and business development.

A Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LED AP, Certified
commissioning manager with extensive experience in Green
Buildings, energy saving and decorative lighting design.
He completed his education at the American University of
Sharjah and has many publications in energy saving and won
the Legend on Energy Award in Washington.

مهندسة معمارية استطاعت بموهبتها الفنية أن تتبوء مكانة متميزة
بين المهندسين المعماريين في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وذلك
من خلال وضع لمساتها الفنية في تصميم العديد من المشاريع
الكبيرة كفنادق خمسة نجوم ومبانٍ تجارية وسكنية رفيعة المستوى
والعديد من الفلل الفاخرة
أنهت ســـيماء دراستها في الهندسة المعمارية من الجامعة الامريكية
بالشارقة وعملت في شركات عالمية متخصصة ، الأمر الذي أكسبها
خبرة واسعة في مجال تخصصها اضافة الى ماتتمتع به من قدرات
ذاتية على إدارة احتياجات العملاء والتعامل مع رغباتهم وأذواقهم
الفنية المختلفة .
خبير معتمد في الاينية الخضراء من المجلس الأمريكي و مهندس
معتمد في تصاميم الطاقة والاضاءة الجمالية و أكمل دراسته
الحامعية بالجامعة الأمريكية في الشارقة.
لديه العديد من المقالات العلمية في توفير آلية الطاقة ( ترشيد
الطاقة والتشغيل الآلي )كما وحصل على جائزة الشخصية المتميزة
في الطاقة من واشنطون.

أولاً ( بل نعمل وفق قاعدة ) نحن الأول ( في إرضاء العميل وهذا ما
يشعر به جميع عملائنا الجدد من خلال لقاءنا الأول معهم ، كما شعر
به كحقيقة ملموسة جميع عملائنا المحترمين الذين منحونا ثقتهم
الغالية في التصميم والتنفيذ و الإشراف على مختلف أنواع المشروعات
التي شملت فنادق خمسة نجوم ومبانٍ تجارية وسكنية وفلل فاخرة
ومعارض وغيرها الكثير.
Eva employs contemporary and environmentally-friendly designs
that are also compatible with the requirements in the UAE. Eva
believes that saving energy is as important as saving costs, and in
fact, our partner is a member of the American Society of Energy
Engineerings, one of the leading institutions in the development
of energy consumption measures and controlling emission rates.
