Conference Opening and overview of the programme, Louise Edwards, Director of The European Library
This document welcomes attendees to learn about the new strategy of The European Library, leadership for the digital age, building collections, linked collections, data and users, Horizon 2020, and more. It also encourages attendees to network and enjoy themselves. The panel session will discuss the new strategy for The European Library and will feature four panelists: the Director of the National Library of Netherlands and Chair of the TEL Management Committee, the Director of Library Services at University College London who is also President of LIBER and Vice-Chair of the TEL Management Committee, the Director of the German National Library who was formerly Chair of CENL and is Treasurer of the TEL Management Committee, and a former Librarian at Uppsala
