CAREER OBJECTIVE
Professional position, where my experience and technical skills in the Electro-Mechanical construction Field
and BMS System can be used.
Summary of Qualifications
More than 6 -years of extensive work experience in electrical Installation in different projects like Hotels,
Hospitals, Colleges, and Commercial buildings.
Managerial Responsibilities:-
 Coordinating Electrical milestones, time schedules with civil / Building section /clients/consultants for all
activities.
 Coordinating and supervising all Electrical activities with civil / Building section /clients/consultants for
all activities.
 Review all the coordinated drawing for all the services.
 Prepare all the RFI (Request for Information) and other coordination documents.
 Studying the contract specifications/drawings.
 Monitoring the Electrical works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the
procedures manual.
 Reviewing Electrical shop drawings and technical submittals& Follow up the Materials take off from
contract drawings.
 Issue procurement requests for material and equipment supply and to follow up its delivery to site with
related unit After Project Manager Approval.
 Review daily work plan program & explain daily production sheets, related drawings & work
methodology for the staff and the Surveyors daily.
 Reviewing Electrical change order proposals and preparing recommendations to Manager
 Liaison with the necessary sub contractors. Follow up the manpower, Material and tools to avoid any
progress obstructions.
 Study construction schedule and project budget and review them continuously to assure working within
their limits.
 Prepare the project work- progress reports.
 Assisting with the inspection of completed works and monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning
and handover of the Electrical works.
 Signing off on completed electrical works with completed documentation.

Technical Responsibilities:-
Coordination with the Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors for E&M work.
Reviewed MEP, Architectural, Structural Drawings and Specifications.
Site Inspection and Monitoring of E site Progress.
Coordinating the daily activities of project staff, construction trades , and taking corrective action to keep
the project on time for all the following systems.
1 - The power distribution system:-
 The installations and testing of the power system from medium voltage switchgear, R.M.U,
Transformers, M.D.B, S.D.B, DB’s up to outlets.
 The installation and testing of the UPS and Emergency System.
 The installation and testing of the Earthing and Lightning Protection System.
 The installation and testing of the Power Factor correction & Power Quality.
 The installation and testing of the Smoke Extract Fans Controller.
 The installation and testing of MCC for AHUs, Chilled water pumps, Fire pumps.
 The installation and testing of Generators Caterpillar (2MVA) including ATS .
2-The Lighting distribution systems:-
 The installation and testing of the Normal and Emergency Lighting System.
 The installation and testing of the Dimming Lighting System.
3-The Fire Alarm system:-
 The installation and testing of the Fire Alarm Cables, Smoke Detectors, Beam Sensor Detectors
FACP.
 The installation and testing of the interface with the others systems like HVAC system, Escalators,
Elevators, Travelators, Train operation system.
4-The BMS system:-
 The installation of the data cables, Field devices (Temp. Sensors, Diff. Pressure Switches, MSD’ s).
 The installation of the interface with the other systems.
5-The Gas Suppression (FM 200) system:-
 The installation and testing of the Fire cables, Field devices (Detectors, MCP, Flasher, Sounders and
FECP)
 The installation and testing of the Interface with fire Alarm System.
