Red Corner is a full service with lifestyle based professional event planning
company located at Quirino Dist. in the municipality of Talugtug in Nueva Ecija. Red
Corner offers events planning that specializes in corporate events, dinner galas,
fundraising, long services, brand opening, conferences and private events.
The company is running for almost 2010 years now. It was owned by college
friends who graduated at Central Luzon State University. The company name was after
a corner called, “Red Corner” wherein many students often hangout. It was in this place
that the college friends first met and in this place also, they build their dreams to
become an Event Manager.
The company already succeeded in big events such as Acquaintance Party of
CLSU-CBAA students, Graduation Ball, Retreat and Recreational of the Faculty and Staff
of Holy Angel University of Pampanga, Debut of many known personalities, one of
them is Julia Montes who celebrated her decade and an eight last 2013.
Aside from the history of its name, “red" also connotes “love.” We, as
respective event organizing company, we offered the best events that our clients will

This contract is made effective as of June 18, 2020 by and between Red Corner
Events and Ms. Cristina Perez. This contract services as an agreement of distribution of
services and compensation in the planning of Christian wedding which will be held on
December 22, 2020.
RED CORNER EVENTS –Event Planner
The EVENT PLANNER must be given the total event planning fee as agreed upon
amounting Php 600,000.00.
The EVENT PLANNER will only accept a reservation not less than 30 days before
the event, it also requires a 50% down payment for the event planning fee. The
EVENT PLANNER willsoon collect the remaining balance before the event starts.
The EVENT PLANNER must accept the CLIENTS request for any additional
instructions or arrangements BUT it must be 15 days BEFORE the exact date.
This covers the List of Services to be provided.
All payments must be given to the EVENT PLANNER on the 20th day or less
(upon signing the Contract of Agreement) before the event (either cash or
check). All checks must be payable under the name of the under-signatory, Ms.
ELVIE C. CAPARANGCA which is the event coordinator.
CANCELLATION of any reservation must be done within 15 days before the
event (upon signing the Contract of Agreement). A non-refundable reservation
fee of 50% as agreed upon is required to secure by the EVENT PLANNERS and
COORDINATORS for the said event.
The EVENT PLANNER must NOT BE RESPONSIBLE or HELD LIABLE in the event
involving the THIRD PARTY or the GUESTS such as follows
4.1 Act of Violence that need the presents of any federal,
municipal or the government officials.
4.2 Venues Rules and Regulations (Charges imposed by the Venue
shall be shouldered by the THIRD PARTY/Involved Person)
4.3 Illness, hospitalization or any case of medical treatment.
4.4 Non – arrival caused by traffic difficulties, auto accidents,
transportation breakdown.
If such situation arises, the EVENT PLANNER has the right to inform the
RESPONSIBLE authorities in resolving the situation in order to perform a
peaceful and organize event according to the plan.

The CLIENT must give the agreed Event Planning Fee, in accordance under the
EVENT PLANNER’s TERMS and CONDITIONS, Paragraph No. 1.

The CLIENT shall set a reservation not less than 30 days remaining until the
event, and shall pay the 50% of the agreed event planning fee as down
payment. The remaining balance of the event planning fee must be paid in full
BEFORE the start of the event.
The CLIENT have the right to request any additional instructions or
arrangements to the Event Planner 15 days BEFORE the event. This covers the
List of Services to be provided.
The CLIENT must pay as agreed, on the 20th day or less (upon signing the
Contract of Agreement) before the event and MUST be by either cash or check.
All checks must be payable under the name of the under-signatory, MS. KAY DE
LIMA which is the event coordinator
The CLIENT may CANCEL the event under TERMS of Event Planer Paragraph
No. 5. with a written agreement of BOTH PARTIES, the EVENT PLANNER and the
CLIENT notarized by an either public or private lawyer.
The CLIENT agrees that in such circumstances, under the TERMS and
CONDITIONS, Paragraph No. 6, charges may imposed to the THIRD PARTY or
the GUEST of the CLIENT (or anyone who are involved in the situation especially
on violence).
BOTH PARTIES: The EVENT PLANNER and The CLIENT
This AGREEMENT must not be revoke except by conjoined arrangement of
BOTH PARTIES written in a black and white.
If the cancellation was initiated by the CLIENT, he/she is required to pay an
unrecoverable cost that already procured by the EVENT PLANNER such as
advance payments to the Venue for the event, Tables, Chairs & Decorations,
Lights and Sounds and Catering Services and other additional cost that may
arise after liquidation of the total cost.
Upon signing the AGREEMENT, this will serve as a binding of two parties, the
CLIENT and the EVEN PLANNER, any changes must be written and signed by
BOTH PARTIES. Oral agreement shall be void.
If any clause in this AGREEMENT is found to be unenforceable by the court of
law, the rest of this AGREEMENT shall remain in full operation and effect.
