I was an adult probation officer in the 81st and 218th Judicial District before becoming a licensed counselor. During my graduate internship, I obtained my certification to treat sex offenders from the Council on Sex Offender Treatment. I treated both juvenile and adult offenders with Mr. Mark Steege and associates at the P.A.C.E. Program in San Antonio. I used my case management experiences in the probation department to enhance my ability to provide assessment, supervision, education, and other services in the areas of substance abuse, social services, anger management, and behavior modification.
