1. Downloading the File
a. Open the BISNET Application
b. Select PROMIS, hit enter
c. Select Browse, hit enter
d. Select Project, hit enter
e. Type in the Project Number in the Project field, hit enter, select
Consolidated, hit enter
f. You will see “Retrieving data…” while the report is
downloading. In the Top ribbon go to File, select Print and then
Screeng. Save file as Date_Project Number_BISNet (ex.
140105_122015_BISNet)
2. Entering the Data into the FPMS
a. Go to the FPMS tab.
b. Scroll down to the proofs at the end of the "Spent MH's"
column and enter the "Labor Hours" from the Proj-to-Date
column from the BISNET file in the "BISNet Check field. The proof
should be less than one or equal to zero.
c. Scroll down to the proofs at the end of the "Cost to Date"
column and enter the "Total Cost" from the Proj-to-Date column
from the BISNET file in the "BISNet Check field. The proof The
Interim Transfers and the number preceding the cell that reads
(Should equal to Zero) should be equal to zero.
