To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter of recommendation at the request of Ms. Emma Taddei, a former
student of mine at the INRA (French National Institute of Agricultural Research). After witnessing
Ms. Emma Taddei’s effort during his work placement in our staff, I can state with confidence that
she will be a positive addition to your institution.
As the research follow and project manager I had the distinct pleasure of working with and
overseeing Emma on a variety of research and development initiatives for the three months she
interned at our organizaton. When Emma joined us, she did not have any first-hand experience in
academic research, nor participative research but she quickly exceeded our expectations by
completing new and challenging projects at a professional level.
Emma’s passion for understanding research principals and public relations is evident in
her work. She helped develop a participative research including various stakeholders by conducting
semi-directive survey and by the rigorous analysis she realized. Everyone who follows Emma’s
work commented on her energy and analytical insight. Emma’s work results had strong implication
to the stakeholder participants and contribute to produce a significative contribution to academic
literature.
Additionally, Emma demonstrated professionalism and respect by timely submitting her
projects and communicating clearly in staff meetings. Currently, Emma is finishing her successful
internship in our organization.
