Emma was contracted with Gambling Commission to provide PA support to one of the Executive
Directors. On hearing about the change and development projects being launched across the
organisation and anticipating that her own workload was lighter than expected – Emma had the
foresight to offer her help.
Initially, undertaking administrative tasks, it was clear that Emma was competent and confident to
pick up multiple project activities.
Within a matter of days, Emma instilled a level of trust in me and my colleagues, such that we could
give her the brief of our expectations and she would deliver, on time.
Emma has repeatedly gone beyond the usual call of duty, working unsociable hours and offering
alternative solutions, in order to meet the needs of the organisation.
At times, unassuming perhaps but a highly competent and capable pair of hands, Emma brings
energy, enthusiasm and positive thinking to the team.
