• Infant of Diabetic mother
• FT, CS
• Birth weight 5.5 kg
• Current weight
• NICU admission after birth due to congenital
pneumonia
• Intubation for 20 days (failed trails of extubation >>
desaturation)
• Extubated and maintained on nasal cannula for 13
days
• ECHO at birth :
(PFO,PDA, Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)

2. Discharged
Presented since 3 days to Abou Elmatameer hospital by :
• Stridor
• Tachypnea
• Suprasternal,Subcostal ,IC retractions
PICU admission
Recieved IV antibiotics
O2 therapy
IV fluids

3. Examination
No Stridor
No retractions
SO2 100 % On nasal cannula
68 on RA
