From the beginning design stages, the compatibility of EMELCO drawings and
layouts with the owner's vision of the end result is the utmost importance. We
ensure an efficient kitchen, giving consideration to the desired atmosphere and
overall theme of the facility.
EMELCO provides preliminary layouts, specifications and complete
mechanical, plumbing and electrical rough-in plans. We are able to combine
workflow and functionality in its design for a safe, efficient kitchen while ensuring
a smooth installation
Following assessment and a survey, our team of experienced designers explores
the variety of solutions to the project requirements, testing their ideas against the
demands of safe, effective, and professional food preparation and service. The
phase is only complete when every capability has been explored, every
ergonomic advantage seized, every function - from hygiene to maintenance -
mapped out clearly and presented for client' approval.
Our 3D design software allows full diagrams of every installation to be produced
in either 2 or 3 dimensions, ensuring that clients know exactly what will be
installed and how, before the event. This computer-based package also provides
our design team with the ability to rapidly make alterations to existing designs,
providing a superb service to our customers
EMELCO drafting department features the latest CAD/CAM technology utilizing
the latest AutoCAD version integrated with a CAM system that is the first of its
kind in the Qatar. This system features pop-up folded shapes for our most used
CAM routines. We provide shop drawings in a 3D isometric format that are much
more readable and understandable than the industry standard elevation, plan
and section view drawings
The CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Drafting / Computer Aided Manufacturing)
system incorporates programmable CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled)
punching and bending machinery gives LIBERTY ELECTROMICHANICAL WORKS WLL the
capability to mass produce job shop type items along with intricate custom one a
kind type work.

INTEGRATED CATERING SOLUTIONS
EMELCO offers integrated solutions to the commercial catering trade. This
includes the supply of individual equipment, the design of catering facilities, and
the supply of all necessary requirements. The Companyy's all embracing service
covers design of the kitchen and associated areas, design of SERVICE counters
and the interior design of the dining areas including, colors, wall and floor
coverings and furniture.
FABRICATION TECHNOLOGY
EMELCO fabricates using standard 304 hairline or mirror polished stainless
steel, , solid surface materials such as Corian® Fountainhead® and Avonite®,
high pressure laminants including Formica, Nevamar® & Wilsonite ®, brass,
copper, plastic laminate, curved and straight tempered glass and acrylic plastic.
The use of the combination of these materials enables LIBERTY ELECTROMICHANICAL
WORKS to create anything you can imagine, including, but not limited to work
counters, tray slides, display cases and breath guards with graceful curves as
well as straight, angled or "U" shaped. We have delighted many designers and
consultants by producing equipment designs that others claim are impossible to
fabricate.
EMELCO custom fabricates virtually any custom equipment according to
designers and consultant’s specifications and plans. We routinely fabricate
exquisite serving counters and food protector for fortune 100 corporate
headquarters as well as serving counters for fast food restaurant chains. Not only
do we fulfill the desires of food service designers but we fabricate standard back
of house food preparation and sanitation equipment items, such as sinks, work
tables, chef’s tables, pot racks, wall shelves, panels and trim. Our list of standard
items includes self-contained refrigerated salad bars, cold pans, heated food
bars, pass through windows and mop sinks. LIBERTY ELECTROMICHANICAL WORKS can
also go to the job site, take accurate field measurements, make templates and
fabricate the equipment to fit any site requirement and guarantee to fit.

ON TIME DELIVERY, INSTALLATION& SERVICES
In addition to the ability to custom fabricate food service equipment and millwork
suited to each individual customer's needs, we have the capability to receive
shipment of specified brand purchased equipment, store the equipment in our
warehouses, and deliver the such brand items simultaneously with the custom
fabricated equipment. Our services do not end there. We uncrate all items,
assemble as necessary, set and level all equipments and remove shipping
materials and debris. We weld and polish any required field joints in counter,
table, sink and dish table tops on the job site. We even install hanging equipment
such as utensil racks, wall shelving and vent hoods. We can connect the vent to
the exhaust ductwork and supply ductwork if required. We also perform start up
and calibration services on all equipment prior to opening.
When all the ideas and designs come to fruition - either with EMELCO acting
independently as Main Contractor, or working in conjunction with major design,
build and management contractors. Fully briefed, experienced and enthusiastic
engineers with the best tools and equipment to carry out the installation are
dispatched from a local office.
Proven site supervision and close control of materials ensures that each project
is treated individually and installations are of the highest possible quality, as
dictated under Quality Assurance BS5750 part 1 (ISO 9001).
Advanced planning tools together with co-ordination of our own installation teams
and sub-contractors on site ensures that programmers and completion dates are
adhered to and often bettered, even when the teams are faced with unexpected
adversities beyond our control.
Finally, the quality control procedures under international installation Code of
Practice mean that the pressure testing of our installed systems is highly
successful. This results in far fewer (if any) snags after final commissioning,
when the equipment is tested under load and performing at its optimum to design
parameters.

We provide competitively priced maintenance contracts which can cover all
catering, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. These contracts will ensure
that the equipment is well looked after, maintained to manufacturers
specifications, and lasts for many years following the initial guarantee period.
Depending upon the equipment installed, the contract will be specifically drawn
up to reflect client’s installation. Manufacturer’s maintenance schedules will be
specified within the contract thus ensuring that the most appropriate servicing
schedule is maintained throughout the useful life of the equipment.
BREAKDOWN COVER
In many instances, equipment fails at the most inconvenient moment. To cover
against this type of eventuality, we provide a 24 hour breakdown service
throughout the year. This ‘call out’ service operates through an answer-phone
system, whereby the service engineers on call regularly check for messages, and
respond accordingly.
We will make every effort to get your appliances working correctly within a short a
time as possible. Where manufacturers spare parts are required, this may not be
