• Active participant in VSM Project for the business unit, reducing the amount of past-due
orders by lead time, reduce on the delivery time from 35 to 14 days, purchase methods
modification and automation of reports to improve the visibility for Production, involvement
in purchase process (Min –Max) >> This project set an example for its implementation on
the rest of the business units.
