About the programme
Rosewood Hotel Group’s Global Future Leaders Programme invites you to an accelerated learning journey that encompasses
on-the-job training, exposure to corporate senior leaders, workshops, and individual self-paced learning. Our 18-month
programme is opened globally, designed for aspiring talent with a passion to kickstart their career in the luxury lifestyle sector.
With an intensive, steep learning curve, our programme is designed to accelerate your career progress.
Our Global Future Leaders Programme is designed to nurture future leaders of Rosewood Hotel Group from disciplines within
and outside hospitality in Hong Kong. The programme provides participants with unprecedented flexibility and exposure to craft
own career journey.
You will receive on-the-job training in hotel operations and rotations across three departments at the headquarter to maximize
your exposure before the final placement division to further progress your career.
You will also be working with our CEO, Executive Office and Rosewood Lifestyle* to pursue group-wide initiatives that define
the future of hospitality in the areas such as Social Impact and Sustainability; providing unparalleled opportunities to impact for
change. Whether you have a passion to drive operations within a hotel department or to form inventive corporate strategies, we
