1. Guide for One-On-One Sessions
OVERVIEW: The guide will assist in facilitation with your leaders. Although highly recommended, these sessions
are voluntary and the Representative will not be penalized if they do not follow up and conduct/achieve any or all
of their planned activities / goals.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE SESSION:
• Overview the Advanced Leadership Program launching in C17, 2015 with special emphasis
on the GET FIT programs
• Use the GET FIT Report to understand the potential with Advanced Leadership and identify areas of opportunity
• Build a strong working relationship by developing an action plan for success
PREPARE FOR THE SESSION
• Review the Introduction to Advanced Leadership Presentation and the GET FIT Materials
• Review the GET FIT Report and make note of strengths and areas of opportunities you see along with
the Representative’s achievements and qualities you want to recognize as you open the session.
• Identify 3-5 Achievements and Qualities to recognize
CONDUCT THE SESSION
• Open with Dreams and Goals and a get acquainted time. Recognize Achievements and Qualities.
• Review Introduction to Advanced Leadership and answer any questions
• Review GET FIT Report
• Complete GET FIT Plan

Structure shown in the GET FIT Flyer. Pause and answer any questions.

Next review the Simulated Leadership Commissions in Advanced Leadership. This simulation excludes
the Executive Cash Bonus which is the up to $400 that can be earned for EULS in 1st Generation. The Earnings
calculation is based on billed sales from the current Campaign rather than paid sales on the previous Campaign.
It is a simulation of your earnings check if all sales are paid in that Campaign.
Ask the Leader if the highlighted amount is enough or would the next columns of promotions be better for their
launch into Advanced Leadership.
Review the middle section Advanced Leadership Model to see the specifics of what would be required for
promotion. In this example, the Sales Leader would need $6,290 more Unit Sales to achieve Silver Executive Leader.
Last, use the Distribution of Sales Leaders in your Gen1-3 Grid to see the potential of different Levels in the
future state. The goal is to move your team out of Promoter into Ambassador and Ambassadors into Leaders.

Earnings Simulation differs from current
earnings calculation due to the simulation
being based on current campaign ‘billed
sales vs paid sales”.
The simulation calculates each generation of net
sales and multiplies by earnings percentages. The
2% additional bonus is added to the earnings for
comparison of total earnings.
In Advanced Leadership title Requirements for promotion are based on the following G1 Titles:
SILVER AMBASSADORS and ABOVE • GOLD LEADERS and ABOVE
TITLE CONVERSION CHART
CANDIDATE = PROMOTER or STAR PROMOTER
UL or UL+ = AMBASSADOR Title(s)
AUL = LEADER or SILVER LEADER
EUL = GOLD LEADER
SEUL = EXECUTIVE LEADER
