As City Auditor, Eduardo works to provide the public and elected officials with accurate, objective, and independent audits of City government operations. Under his leadership, his office conducts high impact performance audits of City departments and programs to determine if services are delivered in the most efficient and effective manner; City assets are safeguarded and protected; financial information is reported accurately and reliably; and laws and regulations are followed. The City Auditor also investigates allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse.
