I just published ROMANIA OUR IFIASA FRIENDS. Romania is the heart of Europe and has been for twenty centuries now, since the Roman Empire which made it a special destination of their civilization. They even turned Latin into a very special language. They also imported their agriculture with wine and slaves equally represented, and yet Romania became famous in the modern world when Bram Stoker turned a historical figure known as Count Dracula, who took part in the campaign to stop the Ottomans in Europe, into the direct main representative of vampire legends probably developed in Bavaria more than in Transsylvania. But true enough, we all have a small little minute vampire in our mental attic. And today Romania is on the very brink of a dramatic event in Ukraine that is nothing but the inverted situation NATO created in ex-Yugoslavia and in Serbia. History has strange ways to send the bills to those who are as innocent as Cain.
