13. Rates
Fees depend on the level of the position. Our fees are designed to provide a high rate of return on your
investment by providing high calibre talent without the high calibre headache that often comes with the
hiring process

Middle $3,000 USD
Senior $4,000 USD
Initial Payment- Security Deposit of 50% of total project fee on 3rd of the month, depends on
the level of the position
Management cost- 20% of Sales Price

14. To take advantage of this proposal and proceed with the project as
outlined, next steps must be to:

Proceed for initial payment(security deposit) of 50% percent of total
project fee on 3rd of the month, depends on the level of the position
Once completed, we will contact you to schedule project meeting to
make introductions and gather information before beginning the project.
We’re happy to make changes to project scope, as request at any time,
but may be subject to additional billing.
