Globalization 3.0(Now) The individual has become the source of power on a global level.
X 世代 在看不見任何外力控制的情形下,人們以為自己是自由的。 事實上人們被一種更深藏不露的束縛所囚禁,那便是人們只以一種方式來看這個世界。在工作作風上,他們不會很快奉獻在一個工作上,而且認為工作與玩樂同樣重要。他們敢表現、敢要求、敢挑戰、敢放棄即有的工作職位去追尋未來的工作機會。 X 世代的概念來源於 1990 年代初的一部小說《 Generation X 》,媒體把當時 18~29 歲的年輕人歸劃爲特定的一群,定義爲 X 世代,他們的主要特徵是被剝奪公民權而憤世嫉俗,當時, X 世代細分市場的出現引起了廣大商家的重視( David Ashley Morrison , 1997 )。現在,原來的 X 世代已經成長到 30~40 歲之間了 ! Y 世代 所謂的 Y 世代是指英文的 young, 範指年青與及年青人,從 18 歲到 23 歲的青少年, Y 世代是指由年青人所主導的未來的時代,隨著時間與及科技的進步推行到所謂 E 世代, E 是英文的 electron ,電子的意思範指現在所有的社交活動都透由電子網路的傳輸的時候,不在使用人工的時代,凡事都是靠電子電路所發展設計出來的產品取代以前既有的生活模式 !
