discussion
• Try to postpone the discussion of salary until after you have an offer.
• You can make a statement such as, “I would like to have a full
understanding of the position and the full compensation package
before answering that question.”
• Another strategy is to give a range.
• Salary is not the only form of compensation that might be negotiated
