– Evaluation Criteria-identifies the objective:
• Three Integrated Sets of Priority Settings:
1. Systemwide Network (operational, modal
capacity/priority, right of way reconfiguration,
directional changes)
2. Neighborhood/specific (cross-walks, parking,
loading, specific traffic calming)
3. Policies to aid street design/land-use
(shuttles, parking, loading & travel demand
management)
