2. 2012 - Voting going on now!
 First round of 2012 voting, now through Nov 1.
 Site contacts enter votes in NERS.
 Top 30 voted requests go to Ex Libris for analysis and
development pointing.
 Second round voting, early 2012.
 120 development points worth go on to be developed
for 21.1 or 22.

3. 2011 enhancements
 To "catch up" with IGeLU, ELUNA submitted 2 large
enhancements worth 120 points for development into
version 22.
 ELUNA-2010-SYS-03 Z308_rec_key expansion
 Allows for longer patron ID keys, required by some
external authentication systems.
 ELUNA-2010-CIRC-02 Change patron name field in
fast patron registration back to multiple fields.
 All patron name entry boxes will be changed to work the
same way and with multi-fields.

4. 2010 enhancements
 Mostly coming in version 21, due early 2012.
 Also one from 2009 that required Oracle changes.
 ELUNA-2009-CIRC-03 - Enhancements to cash
 "Enter Waive Text" box will be allow for the option of not
adding a note
 Billing notes
 In the patron’s library account under the fines/fees tab,
include the author, bibliographic info and year of the
material associated with each fine
 Specifications approved for development

5. 2010 enhancements
 ELUNA-2010-CIRC-03 - Multi-Item Display in Course
Reserves
 Limit display of items in Reserves OPAC to specified
items or copies.
 Details still being worked out with Ex Libris. This will
likely be delayed until a later version.

6. 2010 enhancements
 ELUNA-2010-ACQ-03 - Encumbrances renewed may
be based on last paid amt.
 Adding an option to the service Renew Order
Encumbrances for Serials and Standing Orders (acq-06-
b) to base the encumbrances for the new year on the
actual paid amounts (from the invoices) in the current
year
 Specifications approved for development

7. 2010 enhancements
 ELUNA-2010-ILL-03 - Patron status display in ILL
Request
 Adding patron status, patron type and patron expiry
date to the display on ILL request tab - Request Info
(GUI) as well as in different ILL patron letters
 Specifications approved for development

 ELUNA-2010-CIRC-04 - Log Changes to Patron
Records
 Changes to patron records, including creation (and
deletion?) for both batch and GUI updates will be
logged in a new Oracle table.
 Specifications approved (or nearly so) for development

9. 2010 enhancements
 ELUNA-2010-SYS-04 - Need one AVA per location, not
per Sublibrary
 Multiple AVA fields in expand_doc_bib_avail (SYS) -
Modify expand to produce multiple AVA fields when
multiple locations exist
 Much discussion over just what "location" means, which
subfields are involved.
 Specifications still underway.

 ELUNA-2010-CAT-03 - Cataloging Edit Menu

 Add a configuration in INI file to decide which short-key
will be used for each menu
 Right-click vs. Shift right-click
 Specifications approved for development
 Many enhancements (2009-2010) for IGeLU also in
version 21.
