- 3. Incoming Inspection and Tube Matching
All material used in the Rogers amplifiers goes thru
100% incoming inspection. All tubes are tested and matched

All EHF-100 cables are assembled using precisely

Each EHF-100 chassis is individually assembled using
Mil Standard 2000 soldering and assembly processes.

- 7. Unit Burn-In
Production units in Burn-In
Each amplifier undergoes a 2 stage burn-in.
After assembly, each unit is burned-in for a continuous 8 hour period
To eliminate any infantile component failures. After alignment and test, each unit
undergoes a 100 hour burn-in prior to shipment to eliminate any component or tube drift

- 8. Final Alignment and Test
Production units in Test
After the1st burn-in, each unit undergoes a rigorous inspection, alignment
and test procedure to evaluate each amplifier to Rogers strict quality and performance
standards. After alignment, each amplifier goes back for a 100 hour
Final burn-in and only then are they shipped to our clients.
