1. Viscri is a village in the county of Brasov,
Transylvania, Romania.
Viscri is a village of 1,000 people that became known
worldwide after Prince Charles bought a house there.
Judging by the photos, it's not hard to imagine why
heir to the British crown love the land of Brasov.
Documents show that Viscri was always a free
village, never been part of a noble property. By
1500, there were 51 households in the village, three
shepherds, a teacher and two poor.

hosts one of the most spectacular and ancient Saxon
fortified church, which has already been entered in
the UNESCO World Heritage. If you get there you
