Our Mission:
The idea behind ATM, using art as a therapeutic is building capacity among the care
givers, teachers, facilitators and outreach to work with a variety of creative arts in the
context of conflict arising in mitigating daily life crisis of the beneficiaries (all age groups
who really need the help to come out from their conflicting zones). Art helps children,
young adolescents, adult to self-express without any boundaries and expressive art helps
them to know their emotions and also to come out from the crisis zone by few alternations
and addition of the way of expression. The entire process will become a great help to the
persons who relentlessly need it.
Projects:
It’s the new chapter of Mind’s Eye working for the people who need the help of counseling

givers, facilitators, teachers etc. to help out people who actually in the need
of it. Art as a therapeutic measure (ATM) helps the wounded soul or
differently able people to be habituated with the daily need/practice
through relaxation.
3. What is Art as a Therapeutic Measure (ATM)?
The training aims to provide an artistic and therapeutic learning process that provides the
necessary skills, knowledge, theoretical understanding and
practical competencies for a successful career as a therapeutic
practitioner. We believe that the program is unique in both its
content and methods of delivery. Much of the learning is
experiential; theory is taught and embedded through artistic
practice and group processes. The teaching emphasizes the
development of intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual
awareness.
The training is designed to:
empower students with a thorough and systematic
knowledge base, experience, skills and confidence to
work as a professionally qualified Transpersonal Arts

comprehensive understanding of
therapeutic techniques and
approaches
provide students with a thorough in
depth and systematic
understanding, from specific
theoretical perspectives, for practice
while relating these to treatment
models in other appropriate forms
of psychological therapy or other forms
of treatment;
provide students with appropriate
clinical placements, with adequate
supervision, in order to develop their
competences and capacity to work
confidently, effectively and
professionally, whilst giving sensitive
holistic support to challenging client
groups in complex organizations;
encourage and develop the students’ ability to critically assess and reflect upon
their role as potential reflective professional practitioners by active exploration and
critical analysis of the key processes involved in therapeutic work and relationships;
provide opportunities for the students to reflect and focus on their self-
development, self-awareness, interpersonal l sensitivities and creativity as they
develop their identity as autonomous and creative therapists;
4. Since ancient times, the arts have been used in well
being and health. The dynamic combination of
traditional and modern artistic material with an
interdisciplinary basis of Indian Psychology, philosophy
and modern Science makes ATM a viable and
meaningful therapeutic practice. In ATM there is a

Ability to use the Goethean Phenomenological research method
What is “ability to use the Goethean Phenomenological research method”:
Goethean science is an approach to knowing the world, that serves as an intuitive or "right
brain" (so to speak) complement to the traditional rationalistic "left brain" science.
Fundamental to Goethe's approach to science was his insistence that the scientist is not a
passive observer of an external universe, but rather engaged in a reciprocal, participatory
relationship
with nature, and hence the observer is able to interact with the observed.
An example of Goethean Metamorphosis - The Leaf Sequence
The most well-known example of Goethean science is observation of the leaf types of plants,
demonstrating a new intuitive way of understanding plant development. This takes a number
of different leaf morphtypes and puts them in a sequence, revealing a hidden pattern of
morphogenesis. The following is a series of growth stages in a leaf.
