Dr Coombs is an experienced and successful leader within the Business School environment, undertaking senior management roles including research centre leadership, head of group, and programme leadership. His research investigates the organisational impacts of information systems technology, examining people’s attitudes and behaviours toward new technologies, the robotization of knowledge and service work, and benefits realization management from information systems.
