(2014-2016)
Quality and Continuous Improvement-
1. Overhauled undergraduate curriculum to include a required internship for each of the (3)
undergraduate bachelors degree offerings. Additionally, lead to the restructure of (3) graduate degree
program offerings (MBA, MSBA, and MSHSA).
2. Led the creation and implementation of a comprehensive Assurance of Learning (AOL) system at both
the undergraduate and graduate level.
3. Revamped Capstone Business Course resulting in business students performing at the 82nd percentile
and Madonna University at the 98th percentile on the MFT Business Exam, from the 25th and 13th
percentile, respectively. (Fall 2015)

4. Implemented a Mid-Term Course Evaluation Process.
5. Established Undergraduate Curriculum Committee (UCC), Graduate Curriculum Committee (GCC),
Undergraduate Programs Assessment Committee (UPAC), Graduate Programs Assessment Committee
(GPAC), and Independent Assessment Committee (IAC).
6. Became a member of AACSB International and ACBSP.
7. Became a candidate for ACBSP Accreditation.
8. Successfully submitted Preliminary Visit Questionnaire (PVQ) to ACBSP.
Growth and Focused Expansion
9. Developed a 3-year School of Business Strategic Plan.
10. Developed a new fully-online graduate degree offering, cohort-based program (MSBA in Executive
Leadership), which receives over 300 inquiries/month, potentially resulting in a 10% increase in
graduate business program enrollment.
11. Co-developed graduate level specialties in Emergency Management and Hospitality & Tourism
Management. (i.e. MSBA-EM and MSBA-HTM)
12. Strengthened international partnerships and articulation agreements for programs in Dubai, U.A.E.
and Tianjin Agricultural University.
Innovation in Teaching and Learning
13. Developing a 3-D Lab in the School of Business for integration into the business curriculum (i.e. Cost-
Based Accounting and Supply-Chain Management/Operations). – secured seed money donation
14. Infused a required Web Design for Business Applications course into the BSBA curriculum.
15. Assessing Innovation and Creativity as a learning goal across each degree offering in the
undergraduate business curriculum.
Outreach and Community Engagement
16. Developed 18-Member School of Business – Business Advisory Board (BAB)

17. Developed Student & Stakeholder Advisory Council (SSAC), comprised of both internal and external
community stakeholders.
18. Created and launched the Center for Business Development and Community Vitality.
19. Instituted a monthly CEO/Executive Lecture Series, which is open to the entire campus community and
