  • 1. Quarter  1,  2017   Matrix  Improvements Withdrawn  Status  field  change,  rental  field  changes,  and  more.
  • 2. 2 New  Values:  Conditional  and  Unconditional   Withdrawn  Status  Field  Change
  • 3. Withdrawn  Status  Field  Change • The  Withdrawn  Status  field  will  have  two  lookup   values: • Conditional • Unconditional 3
  • 4. Withdrawn  Conditional • Withdrawn  Conditional:  The  listing  has  been   withdrawn  from  the  market.  A  listing  agreement   may  still  exist  between  the  seller  and  the  listing   office;  prior  to  relisting,  be  sure  to  review  any   outstanding  obligations  with  previous  listing  office   and  the  seller. 4

New  Field:  Conditions  Expiration  Date • If  Withdrawn  Conditional  is  selected  there  is  an  additional   required  date  field,  establishing  when  the  contractual   obligations  will  terminate. • No  changes  to  the  listing  record  will  be  made  by  MFRMLS   when  the  Conditions  Expiration  Date  has  been  reached. • The  listing  will  simply  pick  up  an  Active  status,  per  normal,  when/if   the  listing  returns  to  the  market 5
  • 6. Withdrawn  Unconditional • Withdrawn  Unconditional:  The  listing  has  been  withdrawn   from  the  market  with  no  outstanding  obligations  between   the  seller  and  the  prior  listing  office. 6
  • 7. Searching  Withdrawn  Listings • The  Withdrawn  Status  field  may  be  added  to  the   search  form. • Search  results  will  display  WDN-­‐C  or  WDN-­‐U  for   conditional  and  unconditional  respectively. 7
