1) Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight are walking in the forest when they hear a rustling bush, but it turns out to just be each other. 2) Soon after, a dog attacks Brambleclaw and grabs his tail in its mouth. Brambleclaw manages to gouge out the dog's eye to make it flee. 3) Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight are then caught in a trap, dangling over the grass. ShadowClan cats appear and it seems the end is near for Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight.
