Respectfully, I strongly recommend Don Burton for any organization in search of a truly
organized result oriented individual. As cliché as it may sound, I’ve yet to locate a job
seeker who compares to Don. Core values make his work valuable for the long and short
term. Don keeps his eyes on his work during periods where others get distracted. At
lunch when many others chose the highest priced lunch because it’s on the “company
dime”, Don has insisted on paying for his own. This is a small example of his qualities.
When an employee in the field cannot continue work Don is usually the first one to offer
a hand regardless of how difficult the job is. I believe his greatest assets to a company
are his commitment to manage challenges by the book and stay until the work is done
well. Don only does work one can be proud of. While he did well at maintaining the
company books, speaking with customers, and discussing performance with field
workers, he has shown to perform well where difficult decisions need made in a short
time. I would gladly discuss this with any employer should they find value in doing so.
