management tools for nuclear power generation, petrochemical production, and semiconductor
manufacturing. CSA software laser scanning management and 3D design modeling software is in use
at nearly every US nuclear power plant. As a writer/trainer for CSA I have been:
 Developing and maintaining user documentation library using MS Office suite and providing
training support (including online GoToMeeting and WebEx presentations) to customers
 Providing usability support for PC‐ and Android‐based applications, coordinating beta test
reporting and client feedback
 Updating and maintaining external WordPress‐based company website with news releases and
