• Operations are conducted all seven business

• During holidays special time is allotted for
faster deliveries.
• Company secures some merchandise from
local manufacturers and rest is customized,
made and designed by our designers.
• To control cost, track inventory and manage
stock levels, an inventory control system is set
up.
MANAGEMENT
Organizational Structure
As a medium scale enterprise, we will have a small
staff. The owner assume leadership roles within
the company and will be responsible for daily
operations, overseeing marketing efforts, buying
merchandise and managing inventory and all
other administrative duties. A small sales staff
will assist owner with securing sales, assisting
customers and general maintenance of stock on
the floor.
INCOME PROJECTIONS
• Based on our online sale with a collected a
annual sale of $285 in year 2014-15.
• Our cash flow projections are same as our
income statement as our business collect
immediate payment.
