As Youper co-founder and CTO, my challenge is to blend lean product development and team management to make mental health care in the most fun, effective, and scalable way possible. I'm a developer passionate by understanding the user needs and a great fan of agile development, to create useful, delightful, and easy to use products. Since 2000, I work as developer and team leader for the serious games industry, like health and education. I'm very proud to have been the project manager, who led a team of developers and designers building a product that helped 90,000 people improve their occupational health.
