reviewing and responding clients with solutions to their issues
being software or computer related, including training.
• Set up refresher training, new user training, reviewing of
updates.
• Set up new clients with trials of our COPA software and existing
clients with optional modules.
• Assisting across the board from customer support to R & D in
software updates.
• Brain storming in Quality Assurance Circle. Working with clients
one on one or group sessions in office or national events as well
as local events.
• Daily using Microsoft Office, and the cloud based COPA
software, printing, scanning and updating client profiles and
database options. Using Web-ex, Join.me and other media
sources.
• Currently working 6am – 3pm to provide service to our east
coast clients. I open every morning and set the tone for the day
and it has been great.
