Sanford Rose Associates - Atlanta North is an independently owned and operated office of SRA International, Inc., an
organization with more than 50 years of offering executive search services. We specialize in delivering supply chain

Denny Geib is the President and Managing Director of Sanford Rose
Associates® - Atlanta North, an executive search firm focused on mid to
senior level positions within supply chain management, manufacturing
operations and I/T. Founded in 1959, the Sanford Rose Associates®
network consists of over 60 offices in the Americas, Asia and Europe that
recruit executives, managers and professionals for client companies
around the world. We are ranked as the 10th largest executive search
firm in the US.
Prior to focusing on executive recruiting and human capital solutions,
Denny spent 30 years working hands-on with senior management teams
as part of leading management consulting firms including Ernst & Young, Andersen Consulting/Accenture, Meritus and Perot
Global Consulting. He has also held North American management positions directing sales, technical services and business
process consulting within GE. Denny has provided a wide range of innovative business solutions to both mid-tier and Fortune
1000 organizations, where his insight and problem solving approaches have improved the performance of organizations
across multiple facets of the manufacturing and distribution sector including high tech, consumer products, industrial
products and medical devices. Denny has enhanced the supply chain, sales and operations capabilities of his clients, as well
as defining and delivering IT strategies and technology solutions aligned with business strategy. He has delivered solutions
related to performance and profit improvement, strategy refinement, organizational structure, human capital, process
improvement and business/IT alignment.
Denny has 20+ years of insight as a hiring manager, where he gained a first hand appreciation for the value of effectively
recruiting human capital, particularly in an industry (consulting) where people are the #1 asset. This experience, coupled with
his in-depth functional and industry knowledge, and network gives Denny a substantial competitive advantage in “finding

Denny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and an M.B.A., both from the State University of New York at Albany. He
and his wife reside in the Atlanta area and are the proud parents of two daughters. Both Denny and his wife have been active
volunteers with US Swimming for many years. He enjoys woodworking, music and spending time with his grandson.

Prior to focusing on executive recruiting and human capital solutions, Denny spent 30 years working hands-on with senior management teams as part of leading management consulting firms including Ernst & Young, Andersen Consulting/Accenture, Meritus and Perot Global Consulting. He has also held North American management positions directing sales, technical services and business process consulting within GE. Denny has provided a wide range of innovative business solutions to both mid-tier and Fortune 1000 organizations, where his insight and problem solving approaches have improved the performance of organizations across multiple facets of the manufacturing and distribution sector including high tech, consumer products, industrial products and medical devices. Denny has enhanced the supply chain, sales and operations capabilities of his clients, as well as defining and delivering IT strategies and technology solutions aligned with business strategy. He has delivered solutions related to performance and profit improvement, strategy refinement, organizational structure, human capital, process improvement and business/IT alignment. Denny has 20+ years of insight as a hiring manager, where he gained a first hand appreciation for the value of effectively recruiting human capital, particularly in an industry (consulting) where people are the #1 asset. This experience, coupled with his in-depth functional and industry knowledge, and network gives Denny a substantial competitive advantage in “finding people who make a difference®” for his clients. Denny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and an M.B.A., both from the State University of New York at Albany. He and his wife reside in the Atlanta area and are the proud parents of two daughters. Both Denny and his wife have been active volunteers with US Swimming for many years.
