1. When I decided to take the plunge into turning my
hobby into a career, I didn’t expect for it to take the
path that I have found myself on. For the majority of
my life, the people close to me have told me that
I have an eye for details, that I can focus on
something and analyze it without wavering, and
that I can find the fault in every work that I create.
Throughout life, I have known that inside of me was
the creative spark that labeled me as an artist, and
that my life was not complete unless I embraced
that part of me and set it into motion. If I could
spend the rest of my life doing one thing, it would
give me the most fulfillments to create art and see
life breathed into it.
When it is time to get down to the work that I am so
passionate about, it becomes an all-encompassing
affair. Every piece that I work on, be it photography,
Photoshop, Illustrator, or Web Design, becomes my
focus for that time. When I am on set with my
camera in hand, I let the world around me become
the canvas. I take inspiration from clean lines,
symmetry in motion, imperfections that can become
great art from the right angles, and extraordinary
pieces in an ordinary world. I enjoy the time that I
spend photographing classic cars and my fellow
models. I value bringing the vintage photography
shots into the modern world and giving it a fresh,
clean outlook for the average viewer.
