Currently Working as Assistant Quality Engineer at Olympus Enterprises, Koti
(Parwanoo).We are OEM for Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd & V Guard
Ltd. The Company is engaged in manufacturing heavy duty exhaust fans and heat
convectors for Crompton and Ceiling Fans for V Guard Ltd.
JOB PROFILE :
• To analyze PPR of Olympus enterprises and to take quality improvement action after
analysing PPR.
• To send monthly TBR to authorized person of Crompton Greaves Consumer
Electricals Ltd monthly and then to create appropriate quality plan to reduce
the defects highlighting in TBR.
• To perform FMEA in process on regular basis in order to continous imrprovement in product.
• Managing internal audit system and supplier quality audits to maintain product integrity;
reported directly to Executive Committee as Lead Internal Auditor. Resolved and closed
100% of preventive corrective action to be taken.
• Responsible for continous improvement in product using Six sigma quality control system , 7
QC Tools , Deming principles , 5S .
• Responsible for leading the project taken from PPR and for closing the project in target time.
• Consistently monitored return product history and sought continuous improvements
through root cause analysis, design of experiments (DOE), and supplier quality management.
• To visit service centers in NORTH authorized by Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd in
order to get to know about the actual causes on sites that leads to the failures of product , and then
responsible for corrective action which is need to be taken to reduce failures.
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis of internal production line failures, 0-KM failures, and
Field failures.
• Communicating with vendors for Fixtures, Jigs and Tester Supporting Equipments

2. • To communicate with the person who is responsible for FG in order to resolves the
problems and to take corrective action .
• Documentation of quality related documents using Six Sigma QC tools.
• Analysis of rejection data on daily basis and maintaining PPR and TBR.
• Planning and conducting Quarterly internal audits with cooperation from Department In-
charge.
