was on role of garlic in management of hepatopulmonary syndrome, a randomized controlled trial. We
demonstrated for the first time the beneficial effect of garlic in managing hepatopulmonary syndrome, a
terminal complication of chronic liver disease with only liver transplant being the definitive therapy. The study
was published in Canadian Journal of Gastroenterology.
